PupGrid Privacy Policy

What we collect

PupGrid stores your sign-in identifier, optional email address and nickname, puzzle progress, hint balance and usage, and ranked scores needed to operate the game.

How we use it

We use this information to save progress and hints, provide sign-in across devices, operate leaderboards, verify rewarded ads, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Mobile advertising

The Android and iPhone apps use Google Mobile Ads for non-personalized, teen-treated, PG-or-lower advertisements and rewarded hints. Google may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, consent choices, and fraud-prevention information. PupGrid does not request permission to track you across other companies' apps. The web version does not display advertisements.

Sharing and storage

Account, hint, and game data is processed using Google Firebase. Google Mobile Ads processes mobile advertising and reward-verification information. Apple or Google processes information when you choose its sign-in option. If you separately connect Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, that provider processes your platform player identity, scores, and achievements. Firebase remains your primary PupGrid account. Public leaderboards show only your nickname, score, completed-level count, and rank.

Your choices

You can play as a guest, review advertising privacy choices when required, report an unsuitable ad, manage sign-in providers, or permanently delete your account and associated game data from the Profile screen.
